Meet Tanja

A guide who understands the road firsthand.

“Your next step can be honest, supported, and rooted in hope.”

I spent 41 years in addiction, and I have been sober for almost 6 years. My own recovery has taught me that each person’s path is personal, and that faith, compassion, and steady support can make room for meaningful change.

For the past 3 years, I have served as a Celebrate Recovery leader. I also completed RSPs training to be a recovery coach, and I am halfway through Bible college. I bring these experiences to the 12-week program and one-on-one coaching with humility, practical encouragement, and respect for your unique journey.

The 12-week coaching program

A faith-based guide for rebuilding what comes next.

This whole-person journey is for people rebuilding after addiction, trauma, grief, or another life disruption. Over twelve weeks, you will explore practical foundations for your next chapter in a faith-based, supportive, non-clinical space.

  1. Week 1

    Beginning assessment

Take an honest look at where you are and name the support you may need for the road ahead.

  2. Week 2

    Identity and values

Reconnect with the values, faith, and identity you want to guide your next chapter.

  3. Week 3

    Routines

Build steady rhythms that make daily life feel more grounded and manageable.

  4. Week 4

    Boundaries

Consider boundaries that protect your peace, relationships, time, and recovery work.

  5. Week 5

    Changing patterns

Recognize patterns that no longer serve you and practice choosing a different next step.

  6. Week 6

    Financial organization

Bring practical attention to money, responsibilities, and the foundations of everyday stability.

  7. Week 7

    Career and education

Explore possibilities for work, learning, and the future you are preparing to step into.

  8. Week 8

    Purpose

Make room to reflect on the gifts, callings, and meaningful contributions that matter to you.

  9. Week 9

    90-day goals

Turn what matters into clear, compassionate goals for the next ninety days.

  10. Week 10

    Setbacks

Prepare for hard days with honesty, self-compassion, and a plan to return to your supports.

  11. Week 11

    Your personal roadmap

Gather your reflections into a practical roadmap that feels true to your life and season.

  12. Week 12

    Carrying the roadmap forward

Look ahead with a grounded plan for continuing the routines, goals, and support that help you rebuild.
